The refund policy applies to all purchases made on Archilumo for digital courses and materials.

Non-Refundable Digital Products

Refunds are not issued for non-tangible irrevocable goods (digital products) once the order is confirmed and access is granted.

Course Access and Completion

Users have access to course materials for the lifetime after the end of the live session.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

1. Failure to deliver course content within 20 days.
2. Technical issues preventing access to course materials.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 bussiness days and will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions

1. Certain courses or promotional offers may be non-refundable.
2. Refunds will not be granted for user-induced issues.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation process is not available, but course transfers or rescheduling options may be offered.
